Marketing Operations Executive

Here’s What Your Day Would Look Like -

1. Project Coordination – Juggle multiple projects at once using Basecamp & Google Sheets, ensuring tasks, timelines, and deliverables stay on track.
2. Workflow Management – Optimize processes, keep pipelines flowing, and remove bottlenecks to help the team move fast.
3. Team Support – Schedule meetings, take crisp notes, track action items, and ensure follow-ups happen.
4. Resource Planning – Monitor budgets, track production hours, and publish Gantt charts for clear visibility.
5. Quality Control – Ensure every deliverable meets brand standards before it goes live.
6. Reporting & Analysis – Generate project status reports, flag risks, and make processes better every time.
7. Communication Pro – Be the go-to person for updates, ensuring seamless collaboration between teams & external partners.

Experience -

1. Have

   1-2 years of experience

   in project coordination (bonus if it’s in marketing, branding, or creative agencies).
2. Are highly organized and thrive on getting things done efficiently and effectively.
3. Have mad skills in project management tools (Basecamp, Asana, ClickUp, or others).
4. Can think fast, problem-solve on the go, and adapt to changing priorities.
5. Are detail-obsessed but also see the bigger picture.
6. Have great communication skills and can keep multiple stakeholders aligned.
7. Know a thing or two about branding & content marketing (even better if you get design workflows).
