About the Role-

Marketing Operations Executive

organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced environments

Key Responsibilities

Assist the marketing team in
end-to-end project execution
– from planning to on-ground delivery.
Create, update, and maintain marketing databases
(leads, vendors, reports).
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure
timely execution of campaigns
.
Support in tracking performance metrics, preparing reports, and analysing outcomes.
Ensure operational efficiency in marketing workflows and documentation.
Bring fresh ideas to improve processes and team productivity.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in marketing operations/coordination/marketing support.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with
a get-it-done attitude
.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, CRM tools, and project management platforms.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
A problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.
