Track quality KPIs—test-coverage, defect leakage, MTTR—and drive data-backed improvements. Enforce STLC discipline in Jira, Confluence, and Xray / Zephyr. People Management: Lead, mentor, and performance-manage a 10-15-member QA team (5 + yrs managerial experience). Upskill engineers on coding standards, design patterns, and best-practice automation.
