Marketing Operations Executive

As a Marketing Operations Executive at our company in Kota, Rajasthan, you will play a crucial role in overseeing complete operations, managing marketing projects, handling high-level HR duties, improving organizational processes, and enhancing the quality, productivity, and efficiency of the team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage marketing projects to identify business opportunities in target locations, follow up on leads, and conduct research to spot potential prospects. - Ensure proper and efficient execution of each marketing program and campaign by implementing standard repeatable processes and programs for all marketing teams to utilize. - Keep management informed by preparing Daily/Monthly MIS reports, making presentations, and providing recommendations. - Handle various administrative and operational tasks as directed by management. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 2+ years of experience in a marketing operations role. - Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail. - Proficiency in management, operations, and leadership, with a track record of bringing teams together. - Prior experience in managing MIS and data, along with advanced knowledge of Microsoft products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). You will be part of a young and enthusiastic team, working in a full-time capacity during day shifts. Fluency in English is preferred for this role.
