We are committed to delivering high-quality content, interactive learning, and personalized academic support to students across the country.Job Title: Marketing Operations ExecutiveLocation: Bhopal🔎 Role OverviewWe are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Executive to manage platform access, troubleshoot operational issues, handle WhatsApp marketing operations, and maintain reporting dashboards. The role requires strong ownership, quick problem-solving, and familiarity with marketing tools like CRM, Exotel, and Slash.🧩 Key Responsibilities
  • User Account Management
Create, modify, and delete user accounts on CRM, Exotel, Slash
Ensure correct role mapping, permission levels, and access controls.Maintain logs of all account actions and access changes.
  • Query Handling & Support (CRM, Exotel & Slash)
Act as the first point of contact for internal teams regarding tool-related queries.
Troubleshoot operational issues (login errors, workflow issues, dialer problems, integration failures).Coordinate with tool support teams when required.Maintain an internal FAQ / SOP for recurring queries.
  • WhatsApp Marketing Operations
Manage end-to-end WhatsApp campaign setup and execution.
Upload audiences, verify templates, handle approvals, and schedule broadcasts.Monitor campaign performance (deliveries, read rates, response rates).Ensure compliance with WA template and DLT policies.Troubleshoot opt-outs, template rejections, routing issues, and Exotel - CRM sync issues.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Build and maintain dashboards for:
Daily/weekly performance reports
WA campaign analyticsLead flow, conversion & agent performanceExotel call reportsExport and clean data for management reviewsSupport ad-hoc reporting requests from leadership.
  • Process Optimization
Identify gaps or repetitive tasks and recommend automation or process improvements.Create clear SOPs for internal teams on CRM, Exotel, Slash & WA processes.Standardize workflows for lead routing, campaign setup, and reporting.Collaborate with sales, marketing, and tech to streamline operational bottlenecks.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience with: CRM, Exotel & Slash / any dialer toolStrong working knowledge of WhatsApp API-based marketing tools.Good understanding of lead management and campaign workflows.Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic data cleaning).Ability to troubleshoot tool/system issues confidently.

Good-to-Have

Experience with automation tools like Make.com / Zapier.Basic understanding of DLT registration & WA policies.Familiarity with CRM integrations and API logs.

Soft Skills

Strong communication and documentation abilities.Problem-solving mindset with high ownership.Ability to work with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product).Detail-oriented and efficient with time management.
