Marketing Operations Executive

Role Overview

We're looking for a Marketing Operations Executive to be a key driver of Ziffi Chess's user

acquisition and growth strategy. You will work directly with our leadership and external agencies

to craft campaigns, manage creatives, and optimize performance-while helping shape the voice

of a disruptive new real-money gaming brand.

Key Responsibilities

Ad & Agency Coordination

- Coordinate with performance marketing agencies running paid campaigns on Google,

Facebook/Instagram, and other platforms.

- Ensure timely delivery of briefs, budgets, creatives, and performance insights.

Creative Pipeline Management

- Manage workflows with creative agencies to deliver high-performing video ads, static banners,

and motion graphics.

- Provide feedback based on data and campaign goals.

Campaign Analysis & Growth Strategy

- Analyze ad performance, user acquisition funnels, and retention data.

- Create reports and dashboards; brainstorm experiments and new marketing strategies with the

core team.

Social Media & Community

- Run Ziffi Chess's Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and LinkedIn accounts.

- Ideate and execute content-challenges, reels, giveaways, memes, updates-to build a highly

engaged chess-gaming community.

New Avenues & Trends

- Explore influencer marketing, Discord/Telegram communities, partnerships with colleges, or

esports platforms.

- Constantly track marketing trends and bring creative ideas to the table.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
