We are currently looking for Marketing Operations Executive to join our young & enthusiastic team in Kota, Rajasthan. You will oversee complete operations, manage marketing projects, high-level HR duties, improve organizational processes, and work to improve the quality, productivity, and efficiency of the team. Skills and Expertise 2 + Years in Marketing operations profile Excellent communication skills with high attention to detail Experience in management, operations, and leadership. Experience in bringing teams together and strong management skills Prior experience in managing MIS & data. Advanced Microsoft Product Knowledge ( PowerPoint, Word, Excel) Responsibilities and Duties Manage marketing projects to identify business opportunities in the target locations. Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects. Ensure that each marketing program and campaign, no matter its format, are executed properly and efficiently by implementing standard repeatable processes and programs for each marketing team to use. Keeps management informed by preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports; making presentations; making recommendations. Work as per direction by management to handle various administrative and operational tasks.
