Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Head to build, lead, and govern the marketing

function at Clove Technologies. The role is responsible for enterprise positioning, technical

communication, lead generation, and sales enablement, ensuring marketing directly

supports business growth and client acquisition.

This position requires close coordination with leadership, sales, and technical delivery teams to

convert complex engineering and BIM-led services into clear, credible, and

conversion-oriented market communication.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Leadership

● Define and execute a B2B and enterprise marketing strategy, including digital

marketing, aligned with Clove’s business and sales objectives.

● Establish a single, consistent marketing narrative across all services, projects,

solutions, and digital channels.

● Develop annual and quarterly marketing roadmaps covering content, digital

campaigns, SEO, and lead generation, with defined outcomes.

● Act as the central owner and decision authority for all marketing and digital marketing

initiatives.

2. Content Development & Technical Positioning

● Translate complex engineering, BIM, and digital delivery services into clear, technically

accurate content for website, social media, SEO, campaigns, and sales material.

● Lead creation and governance of:

○ Service descriptions

○ BIM and digital solution narratives

○ Project case studies and success stories

○ Thought leadership and technical explainers

○ SEO-optimized website content

○ Corporate presentations and digital assets

● Ensure all content aligns with enterprise, PSU, and international client expectations.

3. Lead Generation & Demand Creation

● Design and execute B2B lead generation strategies using digital marketing, SEO,

social media, content marketing, and campaigns.

● Build qualified inbound and outbound lead pipelines through:

○ Website SEO and conversion optimization

○ LinkedIn and professional social media

○ Content-led campaigns and industry platforms

● Work closely with sales to define ICP, buyer personas, and lead qualification criteria.

● Develop lead magnets such as case studies, whitepapers, capability decks, and

technical explainers.

● Track and continuously improve lead quality, conversion rates, and sales

acceptance, not vanity metrics.

● Maintain structured lead tracking, reporting, and handover processes to sales.

4. Sales Enablement & Business Support

● Collaborate with sales and business development teams to support client acquisition and

revenue growth.

● Create and standardize sales enablement assets supported by digital campaigns and

social proof.

● Ensure marketing and digital content reduces sales cycle time and improves

conversion effectiveness.

5. Brand, Website & Digital Presence

● Own Clove’s brand positioning, messaging, and consistency across website, social

media, and digital channels.

● Oversee professional presence on LinkedIn and other B2B social media platforms.

● Drive SEO strategy to improve search visibility for BIM, digital construction, and

engineering services.

● Maintain a global, enterprise-ready brand image across all digital and offline client

touchpoints.

6. Process & Performance Tracking

● Define marketing workflows, approval mechanisms, and content standards, including

digital and social media governance.

● Ensure quality control, consistency, and compliance across all outputs.

● Track performance using relevant B2B marketing and digital metrics, such as:

○ Lead quality and source

○ SEO performance

○ Campaign conversion rates

○ Pipeline contribution and sales adoption

● Maintain documentation for marketing, SEO, and digital marketing processes and

templates.

7. Cross-Functional & Team Coordination

● Coordinate with technical, delivery, operations, and leadership teams.

● Ensure marketing and digital communication accurately reflects actual delivery

capability and standards.

● Manage external agencies, vendors, or partners when required.

Required Experience & Qualifications

● Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B / enterprise / technical marketing

● Strong experience in lead generation using inbound & outbound marketing

● Solid understanding of B2B sales cycles and consultative selling environments

● Hands-on expertise with SEO tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google

Analytics (GA4)

● Experience running performance campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and

Meta Ads

● Proficiency in CRM & marketing automation tools: HubSpot (preferred)

● Experience working with technical and offshore delivery teams

● Knowledge of marketing funnels, lead nurturing, and conversion optimization

● Experience with outbound tools: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter, ZoomInfo

● Working knowledge of CMS & landing pages: WordPress

● Strong analytical skills with KPI tracking (CPL, CAC, MQL, SQL, ROI)

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
