Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Manager to promote our study abroad and travel services, strengthen our brand presence, and generate quality leads. The ideal candidate should have strong marketing skills, creative thinking, and the ability to execute both online and offline marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote study abroad and travel services
Generate leads through digital marketing, field marketing, and referrals
Manage social media platforms, promotional content, and marketing materials
Coordinate with the sales and counseling team to convert leads
Organize promotional events, seminars, and campus activities
Maintain relationships with colleges, institutions, and partners
Track campaign performance and submit regular marketing reports
Identify new market opportunities and growth strategies

Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of digital marketing, social media promotions, and lead generation
Ability to work independently and achieve targets
Two-wheeler preferred (for field marketing activities)

Salary & Benefits

Starting Salary: ₹15,000 per month
Travel Allowance (TA): As per company policy
Incentives: Performance-based incentives with attractive earning potential
