Lead and mentor junior doctors, nurses, and allied healthcare staff. Drive strategic planning and performance initiatives for the Centre. Qualifications & Experience MBBS from a reputed medical college. MD/DNB in Internal Medicine with 5-8 years of post-MD/DNB clinical experience and 2-3 years of senior administrative experience . Candidates with backgrounds in Gynecology, Family Medicine, Oncology, or Surgery are welcome to apply. Additional fellowships or certifications in Womens Health, Menopause Management, or Healthcare Administration are an advantage. Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
