Job Summary: We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager with deep expertise in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and content creation . The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns while leading high-quality content strategies that drive leads, engagement, and revenue. You will work closely with design, video, and sales teams to ensure that ad creatives, messaging, and content are aligned with business goals and deliver measurable ROI. Key Responsibilities: Meta Ads & Performance Marketing Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns across funnels (awareness, consideration, conversions). Manage ad budgets , bidding strategies, and audience targeting (custom, lookalike, retargeting). Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, formats, and audiences to improve performance. Track and analyze KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates . Implement and monitor Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking . Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights. Develop and execute content strategies aligned with paid campaigns and organic growth. Stay updated with content trends, viral formats, and Meta ad policies . Coordinate with sales and operations teams to align marketing campaigns with lead quality and conversions. Manage freelancers/agencies for ads, creatives, or video production when required. Ensure timelines, deliverables, and performance benchmarks are met. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience managing Meta Ads with consistent lead/sales performance . Strong understanding of content marketing, storytelling, and creative psychology . Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and analytics tools . Ability to interpret data and convert insights into scalable growth strategies . Excellent communication and leadership skills. Knowledge of CRM tools and funnel optimization is a plus.
