About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and process-oriented Outbound Marketing Intern to join our marketing team for a 3-month internship. You will play a key role in supporting our outbound campaigns across LinkedIn and Email, with a strong focus on the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.

This internship is ideal for someone who is curious, analytical, and excited to learn the foundations of B2B marketing. You will gain hands-on experience with modern outbound marketing strategies, tools, and campaign execution while developing a data-first mindset that is critical in today’s marketing landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing outbound marketing campaigns on LinkedIn and via email.
• Perform data collection, segmentation, and analysis to identify target audiences and optimize outreach strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of campaign metrics, response rates, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with the marketing team to craft compelling outreach messages tailored to the AEC industry.
• Use marketing tools and CRM systems to manage leads and campaign workflows.
• Report on campaign performance and provide insights based on data trends.
• Continuously iterate on campaign strategies based on results and feedback.
• Stay updated on best practices in outbound marketing and data-driven campaign management.

Requirements

• Strong interest in marketing, business development, or data analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, analytics tools, or CRM platforms.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Self-starter who is proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
• Prior experience or coursework in marketing or analytics is a plus but not required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
