REMOTE ROLE Freelance BDR for B2B Software development Agency We’re seeking an experienced freelance Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us develop and grow our business. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who can generate high-quality leads discovery calls with senior decision-makers. We’re a India-based AI powered software developmet agency that partners with ambitious Real estate and Healthcare companies across North America and Europe. Our clients are typically mid-to-enterprise brands . This is not a volume-based, spam-heavy role. We’re looking for someone who understands value-led outreach and can guide us on how to target the right people at the right time—with the right message. We have lots of activities already in play you can work with to generate the conversations and leads you need. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain a target list of mid-to-enterprise B2B tech companies ($100M–$1B revenue, primarily US and Europe). Set up our tech stack: Recommend CRM and lead intelligence tools to track buying signals (e.g., funding, growth, hiring trends). Run outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other platforms, tailored to senior marketing roles. Engage and qualify leads through early conversations focused on pain points like low conversion, poor tracking, and fragmented funnels. Book discovery meetings with our agency founder or leadership team. Log and track activity Ideal Candidate: 2–5+ years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development (preferably in an agency, MarTech, or SaaS environment). Strong understanding of how agencies sell to companies Skilled in personalised, intent-based outreach (not spray-and-pray). Comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders and navigating complex buyer journeys. Able to work independently, move quickly, and show initiative.
