Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or related field (Digital Marketing certifications preferred)


Job Summary:

We are looking for a Full Stack Performance Marketer who will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across all channels. The candidate will handle the complete growth marketing funnel – from awareness to acquisition, conversion, retention, and remarketing. This role requires hands-on expertise in performance marketing, analytics, automation, and experimentation to drive measurable growth.


Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Execution

·       Plan and run paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

·       Optimize campaigns with respect to targeting, bidding strategy, budget allocation, and ad creatives.

·       Manage remarketing, lookalike, and interest-based campaigns.

Funnel Optimization & Experimentation

•       Own the customer acquisition funnel and continuously identify bottlenecks and opportunities.

•       Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, CTAs, and audience groups.

•       Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to improve conversion flows.

Analytics & Performance Tracking

•       Track KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, CVR, and retention metrics.

•       Set up tracking and attribution using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and CRM dashboards.

•       Prepare weekly and monthly performance analysis reports.

Marketing Automation & Retention

•       Implement automated workflows via email, SMS, WhatsApp & CRM journey calls.

•       Manage lead scoring, segmentation, lifecycle journeys, and retargeting audiences.

•       Work with internal teams to optimize re-engagement campaigns.

Cross-functional Collaboration

•       Coordinate with design and content teams to develop high-performing creative assets.

•       Work alongside the brand marketing and sales teams to align messaging and campaign goals.

•       Suggest growth experiments based on data insights.


Key Skills & Competencies:

•       Min 5+ years of experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads.

•       Deep understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, pixel setup, and event configuration.

•       Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.

•       Knowledge of marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, WebEngage, or similar.

•       Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Data Studio, Excel/Sheets.

•       Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with strong time management skills.
