As a Marketing Communication Manager at our digital agency in Surat, you will play a pivotal role in leading brand messaging and ensuring impactful communication across various touchpoints. Your strategic and creative mindset will be essential in shaping how our agency presents itself to clients, prospects, and the public both online and offline. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute the agency's marketing communication strategy across digital channels, presentations, proposals, and internal branding. - Craft compelling copy for various purposes including case studies, website, brochures, emailers, social media, pitch decks, and PR initiatives. - Collaborate with design, content, and strategy teams to maintain a unified brand voice and visual identity. - Work closely with the business development team to create persuasive client communication and marketing collateral. - Manage and oversee communication campaigns for agency promotions, service launches, and industry events. - Monitor trends, competitor messaging, and digital media to enhance the quality of communication. - Manage internal communication initiatives for employee engagement and culture-building. **Required Skills and Qualifications:** - Proven experience (1 year) in marketing communication, preferably in a digital or creative agency. - Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills. - Strong understanding of digital platforms, branding, content marketing, and customer psychology. - Familiarity with content planning tools, email tools, and basics of analytics. - Excellent coordination and presentation skills. - Bachelors/Masters in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, or a related field. In addition to the above qualifications, the following attributes would be preferred: - Experience in writing for digital marketing, UI/UX, or creative service businesses. - Ability to think both creatively and analytically. - Attention to detail with strong project management skills. - Proactive, confident communicator with leadership potential.
