 Role Summary:

We are looking for a senior marketing professional with strong communication and leadership skills who can lead designers, creative teams, and senior marketing resources. The role requires hands-on experience in digital marketing, YouTube strategy, creative direction, PR coordination, team briefing, and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage designers, creative teams, and senior marketing resources 

• Strong communication skills to brief, guide, and align teams clearly 

• Plan and execute YouTube content strategy (creatives, thumbnails, titles, growth) 

• Oversee poster creatives, branding, and visual communication 

• Provide clear creative briefs to designers and content teams 

• Ensure timely follow-ups and coordination across marketing functions 

• Act as a leader and mentor for the marketing and creative team 

• Coordinate PR notes, press communication, and brand messaging 

• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing platforms 

• Review creatives and ensure quality, timelines, and performance 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

• Proven experience in leading marketing and creative teams 

• Strong understanding of design, creatives, and branding 

• Experience handling YouTube marketing and digital content 

• Ability to give clear briefings and constructive feedback 

• Strong leadership and people management skills 

• Strategic thinking with execution capability 

Preferred Profile:

• Senior marketing professional with leadership experience 

• Ability to manage multiple teams and campaigns simultaneously 

• Experience in digital marketing, creative agencies, or brand marketing
