Your primary responsibility will be to lead the development and implementation of data-driven experiments, A/B tests, multivariate tests, and personalization tactics across websites, landing pages, and sales funnels. Collaborating with performance marketing, UX/UI design, product, and development teams, you will strive to achieve better business outcomes through improved digital experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a comprehensive CRO strategy aligned with digital growth key performance indicators (KPIs). - Identify and address conversion roadblocks using both qualitative and quantitative insights. - Design and implement A/B, multivariate, and split tests across various digital platforms. - Prioritize hypotheses based on frameworks like ICE or PIE (Impact, Confidence, Ease) to focus on high-impact tests. Additionally, you will be involved in: - Analyzing user behavior using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and behavior analytics tools like Hotjar and Crazy Egg. - Leveraging data from session replays, heatmaps, click maps, and scroll maps to pinpoint UX issues and improve user journeys. - Planning and executing A/B and multivariate tests using tools like Google Optimize, Optimizely, or VWO. - Building dashboards and reports to monitor and track conversion metrics and translating data insights into actionable recommendations. - Collaborating with various teams including SEO, paid media, design, content, product, and engineering to align goals and integrate CRO activities effectively. Qualifications: - MBA preferably in Marketing, Media, or Digital Marketing. - 10-12 years of total experience with a focus on Paid media, conversion rate, and ROAS. - Proficiency in analytics, A/B testing, and conversion funnels. - Hands-on experience with CRO tools such as Google Optimize, Optimizely, VWO, Hotjar, and Crazy Egg. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. - Understanding of HTML/CSS, UX/UI principles, customer psychology, and behavior-driven design. - Experience with personalization platforms and CMS/eCommerce platforms. - Certification in CRO, UX, or Google Analytics.
