Job Description

Senior Marketing Automation Consultant

Your role will span campaign architecture, automation governance, process optimization, and external team enablement. This is a senior-level consultancy role requiring autonomy, proactivity, and the ability to drive measurable outcomes across global B2B marketing programs.


Key Responsibilities



1.Campaign Execution & Optimization:

  • Design, guide building, and optimize automated marketing workflows in Pardot, ensuring foundational processes are executed flawlessly


2.Performance Analysis & Continuous Improvement:

  • Monitor and analyze the lead management process performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization, errors, data gaps and tracking inconsistencies
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders for continuous improvement of marketing automation processes.
  • Audit and assess ongoing marketing automation programs to uncover optimization opportunities, technical gaps, or compliance risks.


3.Compliance & Best Practices:

  • Ensure all campaigns comply with global email regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and adhere to accessibility standards.
  • Monitor deliverability, consent management, and data hygiene protocols across campaign builds.


4.Process Improvement & Innovation:

  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the overall effectiveness of marketing automation flows.
  • Work with MarTech to proactively recommend and implement new tools, technologies, and strategies to elevate campaign performance and user experience.
  • Plan, design, and develop new integrations between Salesforce/Pardot and third-party tools to support seamless data flow and automation



Technical Expertise

  • Senior-level experience with

    Pardot (Salesforce Account Engagement)

    and Salesforce CRM is essential; familiarity with other MAPs (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) is a strong plus.
  • Proficient in campaign architecture, lead scoring, progressive profiling, dynamic content, and lifecycle automation.
  • Strong grasp of MarTech ecosystems, data flows, and integration points.

Consultative Mindset

  • Proven ability to work as a high-trust external partner, balancing strategic input with hands-on delivery.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships at all levels.


Data-Driven & Analytical:

  • Experienced in analyzing campaign performance metrics, audience segmentation, and conversion data to optimize campaigns.
  • Comfortable using data to drive decision-making and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Compliance & Innovation:

  • Knowledgeable in email deliverability, compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM), and accessibility standards.
  • Passionate about staying ahead of marketing automation trends and driving innovation within the team.
