The Market/Desk researcher would help GMS achieve capture/research accurate & reliable customer information for account mapping and targeted market campaigns. This position is part of the Marketing Team located in Mumbai. In this role, a typical day will look like: Responsible for secondary research/data mining to identify decision makers.Acquaintances with databases like (PubMed, NIH, LinkedIn, XING, Zoom info) validating, examining data and sharing high quality customer data with the global team.Help improve operational performance through data analysis.Executes data research/mining process whereby potential customers account list comprising detailed contact information are generated and validated for quality.Apply research methodologies, approach, accuracy and in meeting timelines for deliverables.Analyses the customer data to provide trends across segments; to ensure our business strategies address our ever-changing markets.
