Job Description

One of our high-growth clients in the

FMCG/food space

is on the lookout for a

Procurement Manager

to lead

end-to-end sourcing and supply chain operations,

ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and process excellence. We are particularly looking for professionals with experience in

indirect procurement and hands-on exposure to capex, equipment, and machinery procurement.

Location: Gurgaon

Working Model: 5.5 alternate Saturdays working

Type: Full-Time

As a Procurement Manager, You Will Be

Driving end-to-end procurement of raw materials, capex items, and indirect categories, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely availability.
Developing and implementing procurement strategies aligned with business growth and budgetary goals.
Managing vendor identification, evaluation, onboarding, and long-term partnerships.
Negotiating contracts and pricing agreements to deliver cost savings and optimize supplier value.
Building robust SOPs and governance mechanisms to bring efficiency and transparency in procurement.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Logistics, to streamline sourcing and supply chain activities.
Monitoring market conditions, regulatory changes, and industry trends impacting procurement.

Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards while maintaining accurate procurement documentation.

Requirements

4+ years of procurement experience, preferably in FMCG or food processing industries.
Strong negotiation and analytical skills with a proven cost-saving track record.
Proficiency in ERP systems and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
In-depth understanding of agricultural supply chains and perishable goods sourcing.
Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional/remote teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
