Job Description

Our client, a D2C e-commerce brand , is looking to hire performance marketing professionals to lead user acquisition across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and direct/organic channels. The role involves owning campaign strategy, setup, and daily optimization, with a strong focus on improving performance metrics such as CTR, CVR, ROAS, and CAC. Location: Wadala, Mumbai Working Model: 5 Days Key Responsibilities: ● Own and define user acquisition strategy across performance marketing channels, primarily Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), direct and organic. ● Drive growth efficiently across these channels by optimizing spend, targeting, and creatives ● Own campaign setup and daily optimization to improve key performance metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, ROAS and CAC. ● Analyze and report on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement. ● Partner with key stakeholders - including the marketing, copy, and creative teams, as well as agencies - to drive performance for D2C website. Preferred Qualifications: ● 3+ years of hands-on experience in running and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube) and Meta Ads, preferably on brand side. ● Proficient in Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis. ● A keen eye for high-performing creatives across digital channels, with the ability to analyze and recommend effective creative strategies. ● Experience in tracking and optimizing key performance metrics such as CTR, CVR, ROAS, CAC and overall campaign efficiency. ● Experience working with women-focused brands is a plus.
