Are you someone who thrives inhandling warehouse dashboards, dispatch timelines, and inventory accuracy ? If you love driving operational excellence and want to be at the heart of a fast-growing D2C company, this role is for you. Our client, a FenTech brand, is building something meaningful and scaling rapidly - and is looking for a sharp, solution-oriented Warehouse Operations Manager. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple third-party logistics (3PL) warehouses. Coordinate storage space and manpower needs in sync with planning and demand forecasts. Ensure high operational standards through adherence to SOPs and SLAs in: Inventory inwarding & storage, Order processing & dispatch, as well as Warehouse hygiene & infrastructure. Conduct periodic audits and quality checks. Manage monthly billing, vendor performance, and cost efficiency for warehouse 7+ years of experience in warehouse/3PL management with multicity operations. Strong understanding of WMS tools like Uniware, EazyEcom, or Vinculum. Proven ability to lead teams, solve problems on the fly, and manage vendor relationships. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field; MBA in Supply Chain/Operations is a plus. (ref:iimjobs.com) Show more Show less
