As their S&OP Manager , you'll drive the strategy, systems, and teams that make it all possible-from planning demand to ensuring every product is in the right place, at the right time. This role isn't just about managing supply chains , it's about creating a blueprint for scale, leading with ownership, and being the force that ensures thousands of customers receive thoughtful, quality-driven experiences. What You'll Be Driving Lead a High-Impact Team: Manage and mentor a team of 4-5 skilled professionals across planning, procurement, and inventory control. Foster collaboration, accountability, and a performance-driven culture. Own End-to-End Planning: Turn category and channel forecasts into precise, data-backed inventory strategies. Align warehouse planning with business goals, ensuring zero stock-outs and minimal holding costs. Procure with Purpose: Oversee the full purchase cycle: PO planning, vendor coordination, delivery tracking, and payment closures. Build strong partnerships with vendors and identify ways to improve lead times and cost efficiency. Be the Guardian of Inventory: Own inventory health across all warehouses-track inwarding, transfers, stock reconciliations, and audits. Ensure flawless execution and real-time visibility across systems and physical stock. Your Background Bachelor's in Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain. MBA preferred.
