Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Manager – Marketing & Communications to lead our B2B marketing initiatives. This role requires a strong storyteller and data-driven marketer who can translate our vision into impactful campaigns targeting university leaders, vice chancellors, deans, and decision-makers. You will own Yangpoo’s communications engine—designing ABM campaigns, thought-leadership, PR/media visibility, events, and sales enablement to drive measurable business growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Campaigns & ABM: Plan and execute account-based marketing campaigns targeting higher-education institutions.
  • Brand & Communications: Drive Yangpoo’s positioning through press releases, op-eds, media outreach, and digital channels.
  • Content Leadership: Create impactful content—case sheets, whitepapers, executive notes, keynote decks—for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Sales Enablement: Align closely with sales teams to deliver account kits, outreach content, and pipeline-support assets.
  • Events & Webinars: Design and manage institutional events, conclaves, and roundtables that engage academic leaders.
  • Creative Ownership: Write briefs, manage agencies, and ensure brand consistency across all assets.
  • Data & Insights: Monitor performance metrics (CPL, MQL→SQL conversions, ROI), optimize campaigns, and present insights to leadership.


Desired Skills & Experience

  • 5–9 years of B2B marketing/communications experience. Preferred sectors include:
  • Education & EdTech (Executive Education, Higher Ed Partnerships, Online Learning)
  • SaaS & Technology Services (enterprise solutions, CRM/automation platforms, digital transformation)
  • Consulting & Professional Services (Big 4, management/strategy consulting, advisory firms)
  • Media, Publishing & Knowledge Services (business media, content-driven enterprises, research firms)
  • Corporate Training & L&D Solutions (skill development platforms, HR tech, executive training)
  • Premium B2B Services (hospitality, financial services, healthcare, or sectors where decision-making is CXO/board level)
  • Proven success with account-based marketing and enterprise campaigns.
  • Strong PR & media relations skills—press materials, spokesperson prep, and issue management.
  • Hands-on with marketing automation & CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GA4).
  • Experience in event marketing for C-suite/academic forums.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills.


Reporting & Growth

Reports to: CEO / Head – Growth

Growth Path: Opportunity to lead brand & communications for international markets (GCC, India, South Asia) as Yangpoo expands.
