We believe that continuous learning and development are central to our growth, and we’re looking for an LMS Manager to help drive and scale our learning operations.

Role Overview

As the LMS Manager at Gignaati, you will own and operate our Learning Management System end-to-end. You will manage day-to-day LMS operations, support stakeholders (HR, L&D, business units), configure the system, troubleshoot issues, generate learning analytics, and drive continuous improvement of learning experiences. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our learning initiatives are scalable, data-driven, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

LMS Administration & Configuration:
Manage daily operations of the LMS (user management, permissions, enrollments, roles).
Configure system settings, workflows, course structures, and user interfaces to optimize learner experience.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
Act as primary point of contact for LMS-related issues.
Work with internal IT or external vendor teams to resolve technical problems, system upgrades, and integrations.
Learning Content Management:
Upload, organize, and maintain course catalogs, modules, and resources within the LMS.
Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and content creators to ensure learning content is up-to-date, relevant, and well-structured.
Reporting & Analytics:
Generate and analyze reports on key metrics such as course completion, learner engagement, and assessment outcomes.
Provide insights and recommendations to L&D and business leaders to improve learning effectiveness.
User Training & Documentation:
Train end-users (employees, managers) on how to use the LMS.
Develop user guides, FAQs, and help documentation.
Governance & Compliance:
Define and enforce governance policies around LMS usage (e.g., course lifecycle, version control).
Support compliance training by scheduling, assigning, tracking, and reporting mandatory courses.
Process Improvement:
Continuously review and refine LMS processes to enhance efficiency and user satisfaction.
Stay updated on LMS best practices, industry trends, and new technologies (e.g., mobile LMS, microlearning).
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Liaise with HR, L&D, business units, and external vendors to align LMS strategy with business goals.
Participate in learning projects, ensuring system requirements are integrated in planning and execution.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in LMS administration, e-learning operations, or learning systems management.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, TalentLMS, SAP Litmos, Cornerstone, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of e-learning concepts, SCORM / xAPI, and instructional design basics.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to train and support users.
  • Good project-management skills, with experience in managing tasks, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

  • Experience with LMS integrations (e.g., with HRIS, CRM, webinar tools).
  • Familiarity with automation, APIs, and basic scripting (for tasks like data export or system updates).
  • Previous experience in a startup or high-growth company.
  • Knowledge of blended learning, microlearning, or mobile learning strategies.
  • Certification in L&D, instructional design, or LMS administration.

What We Offer
