We are seeking a Junior Sales Associate to support our AI Agent Services sales team — with a focus on SMB adoption, pilot programs, and marketplace growth. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career, eager to learn AI-driven solutions selling, and hungry to grow in a high-energy startup. Role Overview You will assist in generating leads, qualifying prospects, running outreach campaigns, and supporting sales managers in closing deals for AI agent-based services. Your work will directly contribute to SMB adoption and marketplace expansion. Key Responsibilities  Lead Generation & Outreach Identify SMB prospects across industries (retail, education, healthcare, services). Run cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns (with AI Sales Agents support).  Sales Support Qualify inbound leads and set up demos for Sales Managers. Prepare sales decks, case studies, and assist in proposal drafting.  Customer Engagement Join client meetings, take notes, and follow up with prospects. Build relationships with SMB decision-makers (owners, managers, IT heads).  Pipeline Management Maintain accurate CRM records and update dashboards. Track progress of AI Agent adoption pilots and subscriptions.  Market Research Gather insights on SMB adoption trends, competitor offerings, and client needs. Required Qualifications & Skills 1–3 years of experience in inside sales / business development (preferably tech or SaaS). Strong communication and presentation skills (English + Hindi). Curiosity about AI, automation, and SMB digital transformation. Comfort with outreach tools (CRM, LinkedIn, email automation). Self-motivated, eager to learn, target-oriented. Preferred Attributes Prior exposure to EdTech, SaaS, or AI/automation sales is a plus. Quick learner, willing to grow into full-cycle sales. Team player with a “startup mindset” — adaptable, resourceful, and resilient.
