Key responsibilities areas: • Design and implement robust succession planning frameworks to identify and develop future leaders. • Partner with business leaders to identify critical roles and high-potential talent pipelines. • Drive the annual Talent Review process across functions and geographies. • Lead talent calibration sessions with senior leadership to ensure fair and objective assessment of talent. • Establish consistency and rigor in talent discussions using data-driven insights and manager capability building. • Lead organizational development initiatives, including culture transformation, change management, and organizational design. • Develop dashboards and reports on talent health, bench strength, development progress, and pipeline diversity. • Design innovative leadership development programs, including workshops, coaching, mentoring, and assessment centres. • Implement succession planning frameworks to ensure a robust pipeline of future leaders. • Advocate and interact with external / Internal bodies and consortiums to bring in outside in Perspectives • Develop metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of leadership development initiatives and certified in Battery of Psychometric Assessments • Conduct regular assessments of program impact on organizational performance and employee engagement. • Design and Conduct ADC (Assessment Development Centres) – Techno- Beh- Functional • Provide/Create Coaching / Mentoring for leaders to enhance their leadership skills and effectiveness. • Facilitate peer learning opportunities among leaders across different business units. • Create and enable Businesses with their Talent Development agendas Qualifications: Education: Master’s degree in Psychology, Learning Design, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. Experience: 10-12 years of progressive experience in leadership development roles preferably within the manufacturing, oil & gas, renewables, or automotive sectors. Proven track record of working alongside C-suite executives and influencing organizational strategy through effective leadership practices. Ability to present at Executive Group Reviews with Evidence of Business Impact and Metrics Skills: Strong digital acumen with experience in integrating technology into learning solutions. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to design and implement succession planning processes. Should have handled and managed Finances and Budgets Strong in Ms Office and Data Analytics Strong Industry Networks Preferred Qualifications Experience working with industry forums or associations related to leadership development. Familiarity with assessment centres and their application in identifying leadership potential and ring fencing Potential Talent Leadership Clusters Knowledge of contemporary leadership theories and practices relevant to digital transformation.
