Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Learning And Development Specialist located in Kota. The Learning And Development Specialist will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs, managing learning resources, and developing instructional materials. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting training sessions, coaching employees, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications \n Strong skills in Training & Development and Coaching Proficiency in Learning Management and Instructional Design Excellent Communication skills Ability to assess training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field is preferred Experience in a call center or customer service setting is beneficial Strong organizational and time management skills Show more Show less
