Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Learning And Development Specialist located in Kota. The Learning And Development Specialist will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs, managing learning resources, and developing instructional materials. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting training sessions, coaching employees, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs to drive continuous improvement.
