Learning And Development Specialist

In this role at IndiGrid, you will be responsible for driving the learning and development planning and execution. As the Manager L&D, you will report to the Lead Talent and operate at the Manager / M2 grade level. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive planning and implementation of key Learning activities as per the annual learning plan. - Align learning plan and activities with the IG Competencies and Learning framework. - Conduct Training needs analysis in a structured format. - Articulate learning objectives with stakeholder priorities and audience needs. - Drive learning adoption through various marketing and communication activities. - Understand business technical needs and drive skill development programs. - Ensure LMS adoption, engagement, and reporting for the organization. - Run monthly digital and offline learning campaigns to drive learning adoption. - Design digital learning journeys across bands, functions, and roles. - Plan and implement necessary LMS updates and systems integration. - Evaluate learning effectiveness using established and innovative methods. - Plan and design learning communications and marketing of learning events. - Drive Learning MIS and Reporting with multiple stakeholders and forums. **Qualifications:** - PG Diploma/MBA in HR/psychology. - Certifications in relevant areas such as L&D, assessments, ADDIE, digital learning, etc. **Required Skills:** - Advanced expertise on MS Office, specifically Excel. - Hands-on experience with LMS e-learning and exposure to HRMS. - Experience with AI use. - 3-4 years of Learning experience with at least 1-2 LMS implementation projects and overall proficiency in working on HR systems. - L&D experience at a consulting company or in Manufacturing/Infra would be an added advantage. - Entrepreneurial mindset, problem-solving attitude, and agility in learning design and execution. **Preferred Skills:** - Ability to connect with relevant partners in the learning and development & capability space.
