Job Description: Behavioral/Leadership Trainer Experience: 6–8 Years Location: Bangalore Department: Learning & Development Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Behavioral/Leadership Trainer to design and deliver impactful learning experiences that enhance leadership capabilities and behavioral competencies across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in adult learning principles, facilitation, and coaching, with a passion for developing people and driving cultural transformation. Key Responsibilities Training & Facilitation (70%) - Design, develop, and deliver engaging behavioral and leadership training programs (in-person and virtual). - Facilitate workshops on topics such as communication, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, team dynamics, and leadership development. - Customize content to suit different levels of leadership and business needs. - Conduct training needs analysis and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics. - Provide one-on-one coaching and support to emerging and mid-level leaders. Administrative & Coordination (30%) - Maintain training calendars, attendance records, and feedback reports. - Coordinate logistics for training sessions including venue, materials, and communication. - Track and report training metrics and outcomes to stakeholders. - Support internal audits and compliance documentation related to training. - Collaborate with HR and business leaders to align training initiatives with organizational goals. Qualifications - Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Psychology, HR, Organizational Development, or related field. - 6–8 years of experience in behavioral and leadership training. - Certification in facilitation, coaching, or psychometric tools (e.g., DISC, MBTI, Hogan) is a plus. - Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and project management abilities.
