LEAD – HR & OPERATIONS SUPPORT Shift: APAC Shift, 7 AM IST - 4 PM IST Work Mode: Fully REMOTE We are looking for PROACTIVE and experienced professional to lead and manage end-to-end functions related TO HR Onboarding, Sales Support and Operational Excellence. This is a strategic and execution-focused role, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams including Sales, HR, Finance, and Client Engagement. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to drive initiatives that align with business goals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Employee Life cycle management (ONBOARDING to offboarding) Oversee the complete onboarding cycle—from offer release to joining formalities and documentation. Ensure timely submission of joining kits, bank details, statutory documents, and BGC coordination. Manage contract renewals, cost tracking, compliance reports, and onboarding status dashboards. Coordinate with internal HR and legal/compliance teams for seamless onboarding and governance. 2. STRATEGIC SALES & OPERATIONAL SUPPORT (LEADERSHIP ROLE) Take ownership of all documentation processes, including drafting and reviewing offer letters, employment contracts, and verifying candidate information. Lead and monitor the process of offer endorsements by authorized signatories. Drive background checks (BGC), employment pass/visa applications, and ensure process compliance. 3. EMPLOYEE SUPPORT & HR OPERATIONS Address queries related to contract conditions, onboarding policies, and employment terms. Prepare and review HR reports including headcount trackers, attrition analysis, and onboarding funnel metrics. Own HR data audits, documentation hygiene, and ensure timely record maintenance in internal systems. 4. CLIENT RELATIONSHIP & SERVICE ORDER MANAGEMENT Act as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring timely communication and high service levels. Lead the creation and management of Service Orders (SOs) in alignment with contractual obligations. Provide strategic input in client discussions, flag business risks/opportunities, and support decision-making processes. 5. MASTER SERVICE AGREEMENTS (MSAs) – OWNERSHIP & COMPLIANCE Review, draft, and finalize MSAs and renewals as per agreed terms. Coordinate MSA onboarding and ensure all internal stakeholders are aligned on deliverables and timelines (including payroll and invoicing). 6.. CAREER SITE, VENDOR PORTAL & JOBS BANK MANAGEMENT Own and oversee regular job postings on the Avensys career site and external job boards. Ensure compliance with recruitment and immigration guidelines (e.g., EP/Visa-related postings). Collaborate with the recruitment team for offer stage coordination and process alignment. 7. PURCHASE ORDER (PO) & SERVICE ORDER (SO) GOVERNANCE Lead end-to-end PO and SO lifecycle management in collaboration with Sales and Finance teams. Create and review financial analysis reports and ensure clean, audit-ready documentation. Track, monitor, and follow up on SO/PO status for timely invoicing and revenue assurance. 8. DATA MANAGEMENT, REPORTING & INSIGHTS Maintain and audit master databases across sales, operations, and onboarding domains. Create and present dashboards on sales trends, pipeline status, onboarding metrics, and team performance. Drive data-based insights to improve service quality, onboarding efficiency, and overall business support. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLSET: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Operations, or related discipline. 6–10 years of experience IN HR Operations, Sales Support or Business Coordination with at least 2+ years in a lead or supervisory capacity. Proven track record in managing HR onboarding operations and client coordination in a multi-functional environment. Proficiency in tools such as CRM platforms (Zoho CRM preferred), MS Excel, HRMS/ATS platforms. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from operational data. Working knowledge of employment visa processes, client contracts, and HR compliance is an added advantage.
