Roles & Responsibilities

· Team Leadership and Collaboration -

o Lead and mentor a team of Key Accounts Executives.

o Foster a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and customer support.

· Key Account Management –

o Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

o Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.

o Identify and prioritize key accounts based on strategic importance and potential for growth.

o Handling Client pressure doing crucial Periods /High volume /Challenging Situations

· Collaboration and Communication –

o Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, finance, and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery.

o Regular communication of MIS Reports to the Clients.

o Communicate effectively with clients to gather feedback and address concerns.

o Regular and ongoing Reporting to the Directors.

· After Sales -

o Coordination With Clients for Receiving indents.

o Coordination With Operation’s

o team for placement of vehicles.

o Coordination of Ensuring Timely billing & Payment.

o Tracking of Vehicles with support from Branches.

o Follow up on receipt of Payments from clients.

o Reconciliation of revenue numbers and receipt of payments on a monthly basis.

· Revenue Generation –

o Participating In Bidding and RFQ in day to day basic.

o Proactively manage contract renewals and negotiations with key clients.

o Ensure timely renewal and minimize customer churn.

· Revenue Growth –

o Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within key accounts.

o Set and achieve revenue targets for key accounts, closely monitoring performance against goals.

· Key Account Strategy –

o Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize revenue and growth from key accounts.

o Identify and prioritize key clients, ensuring a balanced and diversified portfolio.

· Market Analysis –

o Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

o Provide regular reports and updates on market conditions and potential opportunities.

· Previous experience in key account management within the transportation or logistics industry.

· Relevant Experience 4-9 years

Pay: ₹328,513.15 - ₹1,224,146.69 per year
