· Manage key wellness, salon, and dermatology accounts, ensuring strong relationships and consistent business growth.
· Handle end-to-end institutional deals: from initial inquiry, through tailored proposals, to final negotiations and order fulfillment.
· Use Zoho CRM to track all client interactions, map sales pipelines, manage tasks, and support data-driven decision-making.
· Develop and execute customized business plans for each account based on institutional needs and market trends.
· Negotiate terms for institutional partnerships, including pricing, contract conditions, and MOQs, with all details managed and reported in Zoho.
· Collaborate across sales, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure top-notch service delivery and fast issue resolution, keeping all communications and records updated within Zoho.
· Monitor account performance via Zoho dashboards, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and prepare clear reports.
· Resolve client concerns rapidly to maintain trust and partner satisfaction.
· Proven track record in managing institutional business accounts in wellness, salon, or dermatology segments.
· Advanced Zoho CRM skills – pipeline design, dashboard/report creation, and workflow automation.
· Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
· Strategic, analytical, and results-driven mindset.
· Proficient in Excel and other business analytics tools.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related discipline.
· 3–6 years of key account or institutional sales experience, preferably within the wellness, beauty, or healthcare sectors.
· Deep familiarity and hands-on expertise with Zoho CRM as an essential part of your day-to-day workflow.
