Job Description

The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and nurturing long-term relationships with key clients. The role focuses on client satisfaction, business growth, and retention by providing excellent service, identifying opportunities, and ensuring the delivery of customized financial or business solutions. Key Responsibilities:Manage relationships with key clients and ensure their satisfaction. Understand client needs and provide suitable product or service solutions. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and support. Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within key accounts. Monitor account performance and prepare periodic business reports. Handle client escalations and resolve issues promptly. Conduct regular meetings, reviews, and business presentations with clients. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client industries.
