About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate and driven Key Account Manager who thrives at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and relationships.

You’ll be the bridge between our clients and our creative powerhouse, ensuring every project delivers value, impact, and delight.

Whether you’re a talented fresher ready to take on responsibility or an early-career professional eager to level up, this role gives you a front-row seat to the world of brand building, marketing, and design strategy and the opportunity to grow alongside some of the most exciting brands in the business.


What You’ll Do

  • Be the trusted face of Optimist for key client accounts, leading conversations, building trust, and ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Translate client goals and insights into strategic, creative, and data-informed brand solutions that deliver measurable impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams from creative and content to digital and operations, ensuring ideas move from concept to execution flawlessly.
  • Craft engaging presentations, reports, and proposals that showcase our strategic thinking and creativity.
  • Lead client meetings, reviews, and feedback sessions, keeping communication open, transparent, and proactive.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and strong relationship management.
  • Stay plugged into the latest marketing, digital, and design trends, bringing fresh perspectives and innovative thinking to the table.
  • Address issues with composure and collaboration, ensuring outcomes that strengthen both client relationships and team harmony.
  • Coordinate with finance and operations to manage estimates, budgets, invoicing, and payment processes smoothly.
