As a Senior Associate- Client Engagement , you’ll play a pivotal role in connecting top-tier industry experts with leading clients across various domains. This position combines project management, strategic problem-solving, and client servicing, offering unparalleled exposure to diverse industries and business challenges. We’re looking for someone who excels in time management, multitasking, and building lasting client relationships, ensuring seamless execution of projects while delivering exceptional value. Responsibilities

  • Operate as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders
  • Develop a trusted advisory relationship with accounts, customer stakeholders and internal partners
  • Quickly analyze client requests and identify the best-fit experts to support their research needs.
  • Stay updated on your client’s industry by reading and researching relevant information to understand their challenges and opportunities.
  • Develop seamless workflows for communication, time tracking, and monthly reporting to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure there’s always a steady stream of projects by anticipating client needs and being proactive in planning.
  • Regularly read about industry trends and upcoming projects to forecast client needs and build a pool of experts in advance.
  • Guide and support associates working on expert engagement to help them grow and succeed.
  • Meet deadlines while ensuring that every project is executed with precision and high standards.



Qualifications


  • 2 - 4 years of experience in B2B client servicing/ project management/ Key account management
  • A passion for building relationships, solving problems, and delivering results.
  • Strong organisational skills to keep track of multiple projects without missing a beat.
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with diverse clients and experts.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
