We help enterprises adopt modern IT infrastructure, secure their digital assets, and optimize business operations with cutting-edge technology.We are now looking for dynamic Sales Executives with prior experience in IT sales to join our team and drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline: Prospect, qualify and prioritize enterprise opportunities in IT Infrastructure, Cloud, IT Security, Cybersecurity and Software to drive predictable revenue. Maintain a healthy pipeline with a coverage of at least 3x your quarterly revenue quota.
- Engage senior stakeholders: Work with CXOs and IT leaders to uncover business drivers, quantify value, and position solutions that address strategic needs. Aim to secure 8–12 qualified senior stakeholder meetings per month within your assigned territory.
- Own the full sales cycle: Drive opportunities from lead generation to proposal, negotiation and closure, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely deal progression. Target an average deal conversion rate of 20%+ and work to reduce average sales cycle length to 3–6 months for mid-market opportunities where applicable.
- Territory and account management: Execute territory and account plans for your assigned geography (primarily Hyderabad and Telangana, with potential coverage of neighbouring regions as assigned). Focus on both new logo acquisition and expansion within named accounts to achieve quarterly revenue targets.
- KPIs and targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue quotas as assigned. Key measurable KPIs include: quarterly revenue attainment, pipeline coverage (>=3x quota), number of qualified meetings per month (8–12), win rate (20%+), average deal size, forecast accuracy (>85%), and time-to-close.
- Travel and field engagement: Be prepared for regular field engagement and client meetings within your territory; expected travel up to 30–40% depending on account needs and project requirements. Occasional interstate travel for strategic accounts or events may be required.
- Collaborate with technical teams: Partner with pre-sales and delivery to design commercially viable solutions that meet client requirements and accelerate time-to-value. Ensure timely handover and joint customer engagements to drive faster delivery and higher win rates.
- Drive customer success and retention: Maintain strong post-sale relationships to secure renewals, upsells and high customer satisfaction. Track customer health metrics and work with delivery teams to resolve issues that could affect renewals.
- Market intelligence and continuous improvement: Track market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities, refine messaging and inform product or service enhancements. Provide quarterly input into territory plans and product positioning based on market feedback.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- 1-4 years of proven sales experience in IT solutions, cloud computing, IT security, cybersecurity, or software sales.
- Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure and cloud services (e.g., AWS, OCI, Azure, GCP) and IT security/cybersecurity solutions.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts in a clear, business-focused manner to a variety of stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies: Demonstrable experience or training in methodologies such as MEDDIC / MEDDICC, Challenger, SPIN Selling, Solution Selling or Sandler. Ability to apply these frameworks to qualify opportunities, build compelling business cases and shorten sales cycles.
- Certifications and vendor credentials: Certified or working knowledge of cloud/security vendor certifications is highly desirable. Examples include AWS (Solutions Architect/Cloud Practitioner), Microsoft Azure (AZ-900, AZ-104), Google Cloud Associate, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CISM, CCSP, as well as sales-focused certifications (e.g., Salesforce Sales Representative, Sandler Sales, Challenger Program).
Skills & Certifications (Highlighted)
- Proven use of CRM and sales engagement tools: Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Outreach, Salesloft or equivalent with strong activity discipline and forecast hygiene.
- Demonstrated ability to map technical solutions to business outcomes and quantify ROI for enterprise buyers.
- Strong consultative selling skills with experience running discovery, proof-of-concepts, commercial negotiations and closing complex deals.
- Prior experience working cross-functionally with pre-sales, technical delivery and product teams to drive solution design and expedite deal closure.
- Willingness to pursue and maintain relevant technical or security certifications over time to remain credible with customers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science or equivalent.
- Experience engaging with CXOs and senior IT leaders in enterprise sales cycles.
- Familiarity with ERP/enterprise software sales and commercial solution design.
- Relevant certifications or demonstrated success selling cloud or cybersecurity products (examples: AWS, Azure, GCP, CISSP, CompTIA Security+, vendor-recognized cloud/security partner certifications).
