Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our growing team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the company’s sales strategy, generating leads, building a strong sales pipeline, and acting as a key liaison between clients and the technical team. You will play a crucial role in representing our brand in business communities and help in building a high-performing sales function within the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive IT sales and marketing initiatives to promote the company’s software products and services.
  • Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and business development activities.
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities.
  • Develop compelling sales pitches and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Build and maintain a professional sales profile and brand presence for the company.
  • Represent the company at business forums, networking events, and relevant communities.
  • Act as a communication bridge between the technical team and the customer to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
  • Motivate internal teams to achieve sales and project targets effectively.
  • Help in hiring, mentoring, and building a strong in-house sales team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT sales, preferably in B2B environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and IT services market.
  • Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Proactive attitude and target-driven approach.
