Our international team of expert educators and support professionals work collaboratively to ensure students receive top-notch guidance and support. Role Responsibilities Communicate effectively with students/parents in the USA to assist with their academic schedules and program-related inquiries Conduct follow-up calls to ensure student attendance and participation Maintain accurate call records and student updates Coordinate with internal teams to resolve student queries and provide timely support Build rapport and trust with students through professional and empathetic communication Responsible for communicating with teachers and assigning classes to them for newly enrolled students Track the number of classes conducted and maintain accurate records to assist in generating performance reports Coordinate international student exchange and study abroad programs Manage partnerships with foreign universities and academic institutions Oversee international dual-degree or joint-degree programs Guide international students through admissions, orientation, and academic advising Help with visa processes, housing, and cultural adjustment Provide academic counseling and track student progress Assist in developing new international initiatives and partnerships Assess the effectiveness of current programs and recommend improvements Requirements Exceptional spoken English skills to communicate effectively with NRI Indians in America. Must own a laptop along with a reliable internet connection. Flexibility to be available for both morning and evening shifts, totaling 8 hours per day. Graduate in any discipline is required. An interest or prior experience in the education sector is highly desirable. Open to all qualified candidates, regardless of gender. Availability to start immediately is preferred.
