Job Description

As a Pre-Sales Executive at Gigatech Global Services, your role will involve driving sales by leveraging your in-depth product knowledge and technical expertise to cater to the needs of potential clients. You will collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to craft customized solutions, deliver persuasive presentations, and demonstrate the value of our offerings. Your proactive and customer-focused approach, combined with strong communication and technical skills, will be key to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and technical requirements effectively. - Plan, organize, and deliver compelling product demonstrations, proofs of concept, and solution presentations to prospective customers. - Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to design and propose customized solutions that align with best practices and address client needs. - Prepare detailed technical proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and responses to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs). - Serve as the technical expert during the sales cycle, addressing client questions and resolving technical objections confidently. - Act as a liaison between sales and product teams, conveying client feedback and influencing the product roadmap based on market demands. - Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and new product developments to ensure a competitive edge. - Develop and maintain sales and marketing collateral, including presentations, case studies, and technical documentation. - Track and manage all pre-sales activities and customer interactions using a CRM system effectively. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience in a pre-sales, technical sales, or solutions-oriented role. - Strong understanding of the sales cycle, customer engagement, and solution selling. - Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. - Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking abilities. - Experience with CRM software. - Customer-centric mindset with strong interpersonal skills and a focus on relationship building. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. - Willingness to travel as required.
