The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential students, understanding their learning goals, and guiding them through the admission process. --- Key Responsibilities Handle incoming inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, emails, social media) and provide detailed information about our courses and programs. Understand the needs and career goals of prospective students and recommend suitable courses. Conduct follow-ups with leads and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential admissions. Provide online/offline course presentations and clarify student queries. Assist in preparing admission forms, fee structures, and payment details. Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure smooth lead handover and tracking. Maintain CRM/lead management tools with updated records of prospects. Support the admissions team in achieving monthly/quarterly enrollment targets. Build and maintain a strong rapport with prospective students and parents. --- Skills & Competencies Excellent communication and convincing skills (English & Hindi; local languages a plus). Strong interpersonal and relationship-building ability. Good presentation and counseling skills. Ability to handle objections and provide clear, structured information. Organized, proactive, and target-driven mindset. Familiarity with CRM, MS Office, or lead management tools is an advantage. --- Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field. 0–3 years of experience in pre-sales, admissions, counseling, or inside sales (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
