About The Role
Were looking for a passionate and results-driven
Digital Marketing professional
who can independently manage client accounts, plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, and deliver measurable marketing results across paid and organic channels. This role focuses on performance-driven marketing including, paid social, content marketing, campaigns, etc.,The ideal candidate thinks strategically, creates visually appealing and conversion-focused content, optimizes campaigns using data-driven insights, and adapts quickly to new tools and platforms. Experience with lead generation, e-commerce or brand awareness campaigns, and campaign reporting is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate with clients for ongoing campaigns, acting as the primary point of contact for campaign strategy and performance.
- Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, paid social, display, and programmatic channels to meet client KPIs (traffic, leads, sales, ROAS).
- Plan, launch, monitor and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and other paid platforms; manage budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
- Execute organic social media strategy: content calendars, posting, community engagement, influencer coordination, and growth tactics to increase reach and engagement.
- Create engaging content including posts, captions, visuals, short-form video assets, and landing page copy aligned to campaign goals and audience segments.
- Work on on-page and off-page SEO initiatives, keyword research, content optimization, and collaborate with content teams to improve organic rankings and visibility.
- Design basic creatives using Canva or Adobe suite and collaborate with designers for advanced creative needs; ensure creative A/B testing for performance improvement.
- Track, analyze and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other analytics tools; provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills, Stay updated with the latest trends, tools and best practices in digital marketing,
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in digital marketing
- Proven experience managing paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads with a focus on performance.
- Strong understanding of social media and online marketing trends, plus hands-on experience with content marketing and organic social growth strategies.
- Proficiency with analytics and tracking tools: Google Analytics (including GA4), Google Tag Manager, and campaign reporting tools.
- Experience creating visual assets using Canva and familiarity with Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator for basic edits; basic video editing is a plus.
- Good communication, client-handling skills, and the ability to present campaign performance clearly with actionable recommendations.
- Basic Excel skills for reporting and campaign analysis; comfortable building spreadsheets, dashboards and interpreting data to inform optimizations.
- Quick learner, organized, and able to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team to deliver integrated marketing solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite / Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads Editor, and other ad management tools.
- Basic video editing skills using Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar tools for short-form social content.
- Certifications such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Meta Blueprint are a plus.
- Prior agency experience or handling multiple client accounts and delivering measurable growth across campaigns is advantageous.
