Job Description

As an ideal candidate for this role, you should have a solid background in IT Products/Services sales, Solution sales, and partner management with consistent accomplishments throughout your career. Experience in selling enterprise SaaS products would be advantageous. Your expertise should extend to the local market, particularly in Financial/Healthcare/Retail/Education domains. You must possess excellent written, oral communication, and presentation skills, along with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Being an effective team player and having a good level of technical understanding with a passion for new technology and its commercial applications are essential. Competencies required include a strong business sense, competitive/results-driven attitude, negotiation skills, decision-making abilities, time-management, team spirit, and stress tolerance. Your responsibilities in this role will include: - Generating new business leads through cold-calling, networking, and business associations - Understanding customers" business needs and utilizing product knowledge to address those needs - Preparing techno-commercial proposals, presentations, and delivering customer presentations and software/services demonstrations to influence effectively across all levels of the organization - Negotiating commercial agreement terms effectively and closing sales - Creating awareness of products/services, conducting training for clients and partners - Expanding the customer base by fostering relationships with key partners and customers, identifying new opportunities - Managing relationships with existing customers and engaging in cross-selling/up-selling products and services - Responding to tender documents, writing proposals, reports, and supporting literature - Meeting sales targets and contributing to team targets - Developing sales strategies to enhance market share - Staying updated on evolving software, hardware systems, and peripherals - Understanding competitors" offerings, strategies, and plans in-depth - Collaborating with teams for pre-sales, deployment, and post-sales support.,
