As an ideal candidate for this role, you should have a strong background in IT Products/Services sales, Solution sales, and partner management, with a consistent record of achievements throughout your career. Experience in selling enterprise SaaS products will be an added advantage. It is essential to have a firm grasp of the local market, particularly in the Financial, Healthcare, Retail, or Education domains. Your communication and presentation skills, both written and oral, should be excellent. Being an effective team player is crucial, along with a good level of technical understanding and a passion for new technology and its commercial applications. Competencies required include a strong business sense, a competitive/results-driven attitude, negotiation skills, decision-making abilities, effective time management, a team spirit, and stress tolerance.
