About the Team Myntras product management team builds technology products that empower our customers shopping experience and enables the smooth flow of products from suppliers to our customers doorsteps. The Myntra Search and personalisation product management team is responsible for understanding users explicit and implicit intent and affinities and help them discover relevant products on the platform. This role will require the product manager to work with business teams to be able to define solutions to shape demand aligning with the goals of the org without compromising on the customer first approach. You will have the opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing organization and gain exposure to all the parts of a comprehensive ecommerce platform. Key Responsibilities Market & Customer Understanding : Understand the search, personalisation landscape especially for product/content discovery platforms, user research, competition analysis and other quantitative/qualitative techniques. Product Vision & Strategy : Define a compelling product vision & strategy and influence other functional leaders/teams to achieve Outcomes Problem Identification & Prioritization: Adopt a structured approach to identify what problems need to be solved and break them down into smaller chunks. Prioritize what problems need to be solved now vs. later. Adoption & Metrics : Define product metrics for your area, and track them continuously. Identify usage patterns and come up with action plans to move metrics in the right direction. Product Roadmap & Delivery: Be able to define a clear product roadmap with detailed product requirements and work collaboratively with a cross-functional team (design, engineering. business, analytics, etc.) to bring a product to life. Go-to-Market Planning: Create a go-to-market plan working with stakeholders to maximize product adoption and success. Qualifications Experience 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in Search, personalization and customer experience or related domains. Demonstrated success in leading a product area and managing complex product Portfolio. Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field. MBA or equivalent experience is a plus. Skills Strong data-driven decision-making skills. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align diverse teams on a common vision. Exceptional problem solving skills based on first principles thinking. Strong understanding of technology, data science and comfort with product management processes such as A/B experimentation, writing product requirement documents, managing product backlogs, and creating roadmaps Hands-on experience working with brands/business/marketing teams.
