The person is required to thus, be up to date with the current events and happenings around the city. Coordinate and arrange celebrities / guests / callers for the show Create and use appropriate sound bytes, interviews, and packaging elements for the show Edit the sound bytes that are collected in order to package them into sound bytes that can be aired. These could be the sound bytes of the Radio Jockeys or the callers who call in to demand songs. This is done mainly to bring in clarity to the voice and sound. Contribute to creating the events plan for the month and quarter Develop and contribute to ideas for clients based on sales brief Check RJ weekly reports and schedule (Roster) To make program promos Coordinate with the copy writer and promo producer to create jingles / promos / bumpers for the show To enhance the competence of the RJs The person has to follow up with the EP / PH and ensure that the RJs are give daily feedback verbally or in writing on their show performance, delivery and content. Also help them correct their flaws and motivate them to continuously perform better.
