Job Title: IT Manager – WordPress & SEO (Trypdeals.com) About Trypdeals Trypdeals.com is an AI-driven travel discovery platform that helps travelers explore destinations, book deals, and access hyper-local travel guides. We’re currently integrating advanced AI systems to provide more travel guides, enhance SEO, and provide personalized travel recommendations. We are looking for an IT Manager to join our core team — a hands-on individual who can oversee WordPress management, handle technical upkeep, and optimize SEO for our AI-generated travel content. Position Overview The IT Manager will be responsible for maintaining and improving the Trypdeals.com website infrastructure, ensuring smooth performance and driving SEO optimization across our growing library of AI-generated travel posts. Initially, the role will involve close coordination with the AI integration team to stabilize current systems, followed by a transition into a full-time position managing all technical and SEO aspects of Trypdeals.com. Key Responsibilities WordPress Management & Support Oversee the full technical management of the Trypdeals.com WordPress platform. Handle plugin management, updates, backups, and troubleshooting issues. Collaborate with team to ensure seamless UI/UX performance. Maintain website uptime, security, and scalability as traffic increases. SEO Optimization Implement and manage SEO strategies for AI-generated Travel Guide posts. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and backlink audits. Optimize on-page SEO (meta titles, descriptions, headings, internal linking). Monitor performance via Google Search Console, Analytics, and Rank Tracking tools. Work closely with content teams to ensure high-ranking, human-verified articles. Technical & Strategic Oversight Liaise between the AI integration team and the content/marketing teams. Ensure all digital tools (hosting, analytics, SEO tools) are configured efficiently. Monitor site performance metrics and plan for future technical improvements. Contribute to roadmap planning for scaling Trypdeals’ digital infrastructure. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience in WordPress administration and technical support. Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimization. Familiarity with tools like Yoast/Rank Math, Google Analytics, G Search Console, etc. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and PHP (for WordPress customization). Knowledge of website performance, security, and hosting environments. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and documentation skills. Education & Experience Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred). 3–6 years of experience in website management, SEO, or digital product maintenance. Prior experience in a Travel or Content-based startup is a plus.
