Roles And Responsibilities:-

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP and general IT-related issues to ensure minimal downtime and operational continuity.
• Serve as Project Manager for the SAP S/4 HANA migration to AWS, overseeing planning, execution, and successful deployment.
• Analyze current business process flows and align them with SAP best practices for optimized performance and efficiency.
• Administer and maintain firewall infrastructure, including two physical firewalls and one virtual firewall, ensuring network security and compliance.
• Manage on-premise and cloud-based servers, ensuring optimal performance, backup, and security protocols.
• Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and data integrity of two Network Attached Storage (NAS) systems.
• Administer email infrastructure including Microsoft 365 and cloud-based mail servers, ensuring seamless communication and minimal disruptions.
• Manage domain server operations including user authentication, access control, and system policies.
• Oversee the functioning, monitoring, and maintenance of the organization's CCTV surveillance system.
• Administer the ESSL Time Tracking System, ensuring accurate attendance data and system reliability.
• Manage the complete lifecycle of company IT assets, including procurement, maintenance, repairs, and inventory tracking.
• Handle and maintain three Internet Leased Lines to ensure consistent and reliable internet connectivity across the organization.
