Description Of The Role
Solid grounding in product management fundamentals is a core part of the role. This includes conducting market analysis, performing user research, managing the product lifecycle, and engaging with stakeholders. The successful candidate will be expected to define product vision, develop strategic roadmaps, and prioritize features based on business value and customer needs. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver products that achieve strategic objectives and drive measurable outcomes is essential.
- Expertise in product management fundamentals, including market analysis, user research, and managing the product lifecycle, is essential. The candidate will define vision, develop roadmaps, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-impact products that meet business goals.
- AI-Based Initiatives: Lead the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) solutions to enhance business processes, optimize data-driven decision-making, and drive innovation across digital transformation projects.
- Identify opportunities for automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent data processing to deliver measurable business value. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pilot and scale AI technologies, ensuring ethical practices and alignment with organizational goals.
- Proven experience designing and maintaining large-scale data architecture, pipelines, and data models in cloud environments (e.g., Azure, Databricks), leveraging P&G's robust global cloud platforms to ensure scalability, security, and seamless integration across business units.
- Ensure all digital systems are designed, documented, and operated in line with P&G’s architectural, security, and ethical standards. Regularly monitor, review, and maintain vendor compliance and system performance to safeguard business objectives.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of software development experience, including a minimum of 2 years leading software development teams.
- Proven track record in technology product development, with deep knowledge of product innovation and the adoption of advanced solutions, particularly in artificial intelligence (AI).
- Proven experience designing and maintaining large-scale data architectures, pipelines, and data models in cloud environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and consistently meet critical deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for effective collaboration with IT teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Skilled in SDLC best practices and agile methods.
- Power BI is an additional advantage
