Job Description

We are looking for a skilled IT Manager to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in IT management, with expertise in CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including systems software, hardware, and databases.
Analyze, develop, and administer data and voice networks, as well as end-user technology and software support.
Conduct cost/benefit analyses for proposed IT projects to inform the organization's IT roadmap.
Lead a team of specialists, providing coaching, mentoring, and training on various IT-related disciplines.
Ensure the implementation of short to medium term activities within the business area or support sub-functions in line with department strategy.
Develop and implement policies, processes, and standards to support tactical direction.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management, preferably in CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO.
Strong knowledge of IT systems software, hardware, and databases, as well as data and voice networks.
Experience in data processing operations and end-user technology and software support.
Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to lead a team of specialists.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct cost/benefit analyses.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
